Kermi is a full time student who spends most of her days studying and working on potential cosplay ideas.
She started cosplay back in 2016 when she wanted to go to ComicCon but never thought she’d cosplay, but then she witnessed an Instagram post of a Cosplayer in the UAE and was inspired, she believed it was an eye opening experience and to this day she is still a fan and friend of that Cosplayer who inspired her.
She believes that cosplay is interesting as there is always a new challenge, it never ends, weather it be the next complex wig or building gauntlets 24 hours before the event.
This years GamesCon is a special one to Kermi, the event was lively. She participated in the cosplay competition, it was her second competition ever and won 2nd, it was an unforgettable experience for her.
Her message to new Cosplayer are “DO IT, do not think because you have not done anything like it before that you cannot cosplay. We all start somewhere and believe me a lot of the times it’s a hard start, it will drag you down and boost you up but always be proud of what you’ve done!”
